Our Mission
Next Level Impact Foundation was built on a simple belief: athletes have a platform, and that platform should be used for more than highlights.
We exist to take that influence and turn it into real impact through youth camps, mentorship programs, community events, and initiatives that serve the families and neighborhoods that need it most.
Founded by Deshawn Brown, Next Level Impact brings together athletes, coaches, community leaders, and local organizations to create experiences that go beyond the field. We show up in the community. We run camps. Work with families. We mentor the next generation on and off the field.

Our Programs
Youth Sports Camps
Our youth sports camps bring college and elite athletes directly into the community to coach, mentor, and invest in the next generation. We run football, baseball, and basketball camps designed to develop skills in a structured, high-energy environment and more importantly, to show young athletes what’s possible when someone believes in them.
Mentorship Programs
Our mentorship programs connect youth with current athletes, coaches, and community leaders for real, ongoing relationships not one-day appearances. We focus on goal setting, academic support, character development, and navigating the path from youth sports to college and beyond. Athletes don’t just show up. They invest.
Community Outreach
Community outreach is at the heart of everything we do. Through giveaways, food drives, community visits, and local charity events we use the reach of athletes to mobilize resources and show up where it matters. Our athletes don’t just wear the jersey. They carry it into the community.

Scholarship & Opportunity Initiatives
We work to remove financial and access barriers that keep youth from participating in sports and development programs. Through scholarship opportunities and subsidized camp access, we make sure that cost is never the reason a kid can’t compete, learn, or grow.
The Person Behind the Foundation
Deshawn Brown is the Founder of Next Level Impact Foundation and the CEO of Alpha Sports Group, a full-service athlete representation and business management company working with Division I athletes, elite recruits, and professional prospects across football, baseball, and basketball.
Before launching Alpha Sports, Deshawn worked in Division I college football recruiting and player personnel at Marshall University and Florida Atlantic University. His years inside college football programs gave him firsthand experience with the opportunities available to athletes — and an understanding of how many young people never get access to those opportunities at all.
Next Level Impact Foundation is his answer to that gap. By leveraging his relationships with athletes, coaches, and organizations across the country, Deshawn built a foundation designed to bring those resources directly into the communities that need them most.
The mission is personal. The work is real.

Boys & Girls Club of Nassau County
Teen Room Renovation
We partnered with the Boys & Girls Club of Nassau County to renovate their teen room and create a better space for the young people who use it every day. Alpha Sports athlete Brendan Black was hands-on throughout the project, showing that impact looks like more than showing up for a photo. This is what using your platform actually means.

Next Level Football Camp
Our football camp brought out young athletes from across the community for a high-energy day of drills, competition, and coaching from players who’ve been in their shoes. Athletes Naeem and Quincy Burroughs led the day on the field, investing their time, energy, and experience into the next generation.

Next Level Baseball Camp
Our baseball camp brought elite athletes directly to youth players for a full day of skill development, coaching, and mentorship. Athletes Cody Boshell and Jordan Martinez ran the field alongside young players, teaching the game and showing them what’s possible when you put in the work.
